To wear boots all day everyday has been my fantasy ever since I was about 10 years old and it has now come true because I have a job in a food Factory where I am a worker wearing wellington boots all day. The boots belong to the company and I share them with other workers. The daily routine starts at 6 a.m. in the boot room. I slip off my trainers tuck my trackie bottoms into my socks and then pick a pair of rubber boots off the racks to fit my size 10 feet. I don't know who has worn them before and they usually have strong smell. But I am required to wear boots for my job now so I must put them on until the end of the shift. To be a booted labourer is a dream come true.
