I’m not sure what the deal is but the captcha “feature” on the reset password and contact pages does not work. I’ve tried several browsers, cleared caches, re-installed operating systems, performed rain dances and séances and still am unable to reset a lost password or contact anyone. I had to create a new email account and join again as a new user.
Is there a plan to address this or is just creating a new account the new fix for a lost password?
