Charlie's Celebration of life will be Nov. 16 from 2-4pm at the KCRA studios. There will also be a no host bar celebration at the Bolt Bar (Sacramento) from 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers there is a GoFundMe set up to help with Charlie's final expenses.
